Went to them over a decade ago. They said I needed thousands of dollars work. I did not take their advice. I moved several times since then and seen four other dentists who all adamantly disagreed with Washington Dental Studio's assessment. I would not be writing this review but they keep spamming me with email even though I have clicked ussubscribed.

I should have read all the other reviews saying how awful this place was - it is truly terrible and I was almost taken advantage of by them. I was told by the X-ray technician I needed crowns, which should have been a red flag (this was within seconds and without an actual dentist around). They rushed the whole thing - like others have said in their reviews - and did not explain the process to me but quickly got me to pay almost $2k (I will get a refund don’t worry). I then didn’t hear from them for almost 2 weeks though I called every day and emailed a ton. That actually ended up being in my favor bc it made me realize I wanted to cancel with them for being so unprofessional. They were really rude too, in addition to being not responsive. I ended up getting two second opinions for two other dentists and both said there was NO NEED for any crowns at all. In other words, these guys were straight up just trying to cheat me. It’s insane. Not only would they have taken my money, they also would have negatively impacted my dental health. I wish there was a place to report this kind of behavior so it could be investigated.

In 2023, I had a dental procedure scheduled pending approval from my insurance. However, they already deducted the sum of $200 from my account on 9/27/2023. My insurance then denied the procedure. Ever since, I have been calling them to refund my $200 since the procedure did not go through anymore. And I still need my money. This is outright bullying and stealing

Never again. After being a loyal patient for 15+ years, I had the same exact experience as C. Denny Newhouse from a month ago, and many others on Yelp. The hygienist took X-rays, said two teeth show decay, recommended two crowns, quoted an absurd price. I balked, so he reduced it by $1,000. Since when does a Xray tech diagnose anyway? And the negotiating just felt gross. Dr. Ebbs saw me for maybe a minute and confirmed the decay and need for two crowns. I said I'd think about it and left. Got a recommendation for a dental office that specializes in second opinions. This dentist looked at my X-rays and was truly puzzled. He said there is absolutely zero dental work I need and that all my teeth are perfectly healthy. Dr. Ebbs and Washington Dental Studio has gone downhill. I shudder to think of how many people have paid for expensive dental work and sat through painful procedures unnecessarily. Avoid this dental office and do not trust them!

Just found out they jacked up all 3 of my root canals. Heard this from 2 different doctors one lady said the repair work will be extensive. I tried calling them yesterday to schedule an appointment for the pain. Lady on the phone was rude and short. Didn't ask my name to see if I was a previous patient just asked if I had insurance then said the don't have availability and are close on Friday. Dr Ebb was referred byt kin so this pisses me off to no end smd.
