Megan Francis1 StarDO NOT COME HERE. I came to this practice on the recommendation of several people. I made an appointment online 4 months ago, and even called to verify my appointment at the beginning of this month. When I called to confirm I asked to add an Invisalign scan which they said would be no problem. When I arrived they said even though I have an email confirmation they won't be able to see me because their system somehow didn't confirm me. I guess this is an ongoing issue, that they don't care to fix, because the office manager came out, and didn't care at all and was not remotely apologetic. After waiting 4 months for an appointment this is pretty horrible customer service. Had she been at all apologetic and willing to get me in quickly I would have no issue. But her complete lack of empathy was really jarring. Its a shame because I hear the providers are good.Tuesday 22nd October 2024
Grant DuVall5 StarDr. Kim and his staff are very professional, well trained in their field, and take the best of care of their patients. I know finding a dentist you trust can be hard to navigate. I would recommend coming to this office, I’ve been taken care of in both routine cleanings and emergency dental care. They have done great work and offered personal care on both fronts. Also they make decisions in your best interest, not what’s going to make them the most money. Dr. Kim is wonderful.Wednesday 18th September 2024
