As a person who genuinely dreads the dentist, I'm so thrilled to have found tend. The staff is great at easing anxiety, and didn't make me feel judged at all. Gorgeous, clean space, basically zero wait time, and the option to watch a show with noise cancelling headphones during the cleaning was absolutely amazing. thank you! Because of my absolute hatred of the dentist, it had admittedly been a few years since I’d had a cleaning and they found a decent number of cavities they will have to fill but they were so nice and chill about the whole thing and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about the number of fillings I was going to need to get. When I came in, the team was so gentle with my cleaning and I never felt judged. I didnt get flossed shamed and when it came time to review my teeth, the dentist took the time to show me my xrays, where my cavity was (no dentist has ever done this for me) which I really appreciated. Would not recommend Tend. Every time I’ve gone, even though my insurance covers preventive care, they send me bills for hundreds of dollars. They cancelled my appointment last minute when I had been waiting for an hour and offered me free fluoride, but then charged me through a phantom bill. Do not go here they are just grifters trying to take your money.

Mrs. Tracey is the best, not just because she has my last name LOL! She really is awesome! Very sweet and professional and she knows exactly what she’s doing!! Will be back soon! I’m telling everybody I know about her!!

Tend is owned by private equity and you should expect average care which is largely a gimmick. Do not expect any personal attention, their model is about patient volume and reducing their overhead. I had a billing issue and got sent to a call center in South Africa. I do not feel comfortable with my Protected Health Information being sent to foreign entities. They will try to reduce their cost as much as they can while pushing as many patients through as possible.

Great experience for my first visit. Everybody was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you for taking the stress out of going to the dentist. Both Stephanie and Tracy did a great job with my cleaning.

It’s extremely difficult to contact Tend- I sit on hold, then request a callback, I don’t get a call back until the next day. When I finally got hold of the office, the individual who answered the phone said they would personally call me back with an update for an appointment, no callback. It also took them over a week to fill an RX- it’s a lot of ping-ponging and wasted time communicating with them. Overall everyone who works there is nice, but I’ve had a better communication at other Tends.
