This place is a fraud I went to get a fill in and teeth cleaning the Indian lady who was supposed to do my work had a younger girl clean my teeth and took Xray’s of my teeth and told me to reschedule for my fill in I also needed a mouth guard because I grind my teeth the Indian woman took pictures with her phone and said she would send them over to someone to see if I could get approved. She also asked me did I want this dentist to be my primary dentist once she found out I had Medicaid which was a red flag. 🚩 I think they send stuff to Medicaid and charge them without work being done. When I left and called a week later on an update they told me they didn’t have any information on my visit or me being in the system. This place is a total ripoff and fraudulent.

HORRIBLE!! Got two fill ins and BOTH of them leaving me in EXCRUCIATING PAIN!!! I went to a new dentist and the too X-rays and showed me that the man dug too far in my teeth and sat the fill ins directly on top of my damn nerve. I could not eat for a whole week and I was left in unbearable pain! I had to have root canals done on both teeth due to this malpractice bullshit from this place. Not to mention, That doctor was extremely rough and careless, the first time he numbed me he did not numb me good enough because I felt him drilling in BOTH teeth. His response was “oh well that’s concerning, you’re not suppose to feel anything” Also not to mention!!! While I was brushing my teeth the fill in fell out of my damn mouth leaving me with a whole in my tooth and the rest of the fill in was cracked and unstable. DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you enjoy people playing in your damn mouth! Dr. ajagbe is his name!

Nope. Made a new patient appointment at 9am. Arrived 10 minutes early to locked doors. Waited until 9 and still locked up tight. I called only to get voicemail. Total waste of time.

Although my husband had what he called a good experience, trying to get a similar service for our daughter about a month later, not so much. We had an appointment and upon arrival was told that the doctor doesn’t accept the insurance (why was the appointment scheduled, you had this information?); although the facility does and the doctor did in March, and they’re working on the issue (waste of time). Was given an appointment at the 12th Street location for the next day. Thank you. However, we received a text message that morning noting an emergency and the appointment must be rescheduled. Received a phone call to ensure awareness (thank you) and offered to reschedule for a date that didn’t work for us. Told to contact the location on 14th street. I asked about the insurance, was placed on hold again and was offered the same appt date for 12th Street that I’d just declined. A confusing mess in an already stressful situation. It doesn’t help that the reviews for 14th Street are horrible and I don’t want to traumatize my child. Looking elsewhere and will just have to pay out of pocket.

This place is Very unprofessional they want your money at the end of the day. I’m finding a new Dental Office instead of complain about the service I received here, you should do the same.
