I honestly don’t know what all the one stars are about. Every person I came into contact was absolutely friendly and smiled and was super nice and in a seemingly good mood with a few chuckles throughout the visit. . Everyone was professional, and straight to the point. no beating around the bush. Yes, there was a wait, like almost every single health establishment out there, but that’s to be expected. But… I will say, the people in the lobby during my time there were the unpleasant ones. Complaining to themselves. grumbling under their breath. Giving the staff a hard time because they asked some folks to come in early and you couldn’t bother to let them know you couldn’t make it after you said yes. . No apologies, just excuses. And still expected to be seen right away and asking how long it’s gonna take. It was just pure ungratefulness from impatient selfish people who want stuff catered to them at that exact moment.. those seem to be the people leaving the one star reviews. I for one, enjoyed my visit and would definitely go back. I wish that I knew the name of the staff and doctor I interacted with, so I could give them a shout out, but I don’t remember. Nonetheless, thanks, Smile Center Dental!

I thought this would be a convenient dental option because it's in my neighborhood. I scheduled my appointment and when I arrived on the day of the appointment, people were leaving in a hurry. I got to the counter and couldn't help but overhear the argument between the receptionist and the customer. The dentist had an emergency and had to cancel everyone's appointment. The person ahead of me had a dental emergency and needed to be seen right away. There were 3 people at the desk. No one decided to assist me as this argument was taking significant time. Because I had already overheard that the dentist had to leave, I simply wanted to reschedule. Not a chance! The people at the desk didn't even ask me if I wanted to reschedule. One of the women said "we can't see you today." That's it. Nothing else. I left with no intention of returning.

I started going to this dentist office because it's RIGHT NEXT to my nail shop. The receptionist "Christina" is rude, impolite, and very unpleasant. On my last visit she verbally attacked me because I inquired of my next appointment date that SHE previously messed up. You would've thought that I was a homeless person begging for her little money smh! She need to use all that negative energy and invest in a better skin regimen, imo. ZERO STARS!

The worst dental experience I’ve had in my life. After scraping my teeth so hard with a probe my gums were bleeding I couldn’t even finish the cleaning. There was so much water that it was all over my mouth running down my neck. She was even bothered at the fact I didn’t want to get my wisdom teeth extracted same day instead of allowing me to reschedule. I was only there to get a cleaning. It was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office.

Thank you for the wonderful experience, I'm not a fan of any dentist, because it's always been a fear for me to visit one. But today Dr.Jama provided me with full details of the procedures that need to be done and was very careful and thorough while doing them. Dr.Jama made me feel safe every step of the way. fully satisfied 10/10
