We only see doctors 2 times a year. It was fine until recently, Without my approval they changed my children`s appointment at the last moment and they said it was a systematic error. So we missed their appointment, missing appointments cause phone calls from insurance. The dentist office claimed they called me, but they did not leave a message or send me an email,

In June we made an appointment for my son for mid August. They emailed and texted me to confirm several times, which I did. Then 3 days before the appointment they call to cancel and say no appointments til September. That is too late for the forms we need for Pre-k so we are in a tough spot and trying to find another dentist last minute. Very frustrating.

Great place, friendly and very comforting to my child. We received plenty of work that made my 6yr old a little nervous though she wouldn't admit it and they were great with her. I was thinking of making this her regular dental home but it's a great distance from our house. Definitely recommend if looking for a wonderful pediatric dentist.

For my daughters first oral health assessment, last minute I had to bring my 3 year old to tag along. Feeling nervous that I had to bring two for an appointment of one, I was graced with an embracive welcome from the office. The dentist was very patient with my one year old who was not so happy to have her teeth explored. Great experience became even more wholesome as exiting both daughters got to pick out a prize from the box. Checking out was quick was a breeze. Looking forward to visiting Shining stars again.

I love shinning star’s everyone is so professional always provides excellent service. They are on top of the plans for my son and my daughter. Take good care of them and their needs great dental care. I highly recommend shinning stars. They are great . My daughter loves the balloons ice cream and picking a gift from the treasure box.
