Our natural and holistic dental treatments ensure that your healthy smile doesn’t have to come at the expense of your overall health.  Many provider’s plans have various levels of participation. Please give us a call if you have questions about your plan or if you don’t see your provider listed here. Our well-trained staff is available to answer your questions about which plan levels we accept and guide you through any concerns you may have regarding your dental benefits. Please note that Pahlavani Dental does not accept Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) plans.

I really appreciate Dr. Gutierrez. She has a great sense of humor, works quickly (always appreciated with something as awkward as going to the dentist), and has done great work for me over the last two and a half years. She communicates clearly what is needed and why, and is support by great staff and assistants. The practice in general seems to provide the right kind of supportive technology. I will never love going to the dentist, but at least with Dr. G. I don't dread it.

This is hands down the best dentist office I've ever visited! Dr. Pahlavani is incredibly detail-oriented and has made me feel so at ease with all my dental work. I recently got veneers, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr. Pahlavani took the time to really understand what I wanted and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. I'm usually someone who dreads the dentist, but I receive such great care at Pahlavani that I no longer worry about my visits. I don't think I've ever waited for an appointment to start - they always run on time or ahead of schedule. I've seen 2 dentists at Pahlavani and both are wonderful! 10/10 would recommend.
