Dr. Thompson is a great dentist. I would have given him 5+ stars but for 2 reasons: A) The phone number given in Spanish on his automatic voice answering machine is incorrect and does not match the English version. I am fluent in both languages. I told them about this on September 16. Today is September 24 and they have still not corrected the number. In English it is given as 202-681-8226 and in Spanish it is given as 202-861-8226. 8 days is enough to correct this error. B) My appointment for 9/26/24 was changed to 10/9/24 two weeks ago. However, the automatic texting machine sent me a text today on 9/24/24 reminding me that I had an appointment on 9/26. The machine must be updated when appointments are changed.

Dr. Adrian is great. He explains everything well and is gentle and thorough. I had a crown replacement yesterday which was quick and painless. Everyone at the clinic is kind and helpful. I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Thompson was very informative as to what he doing this day and what he recommended for my follow-up visit which was given to me before I left the office. The assisting dentist was also very knowledgeable and efficient.
