I recently had an appointment with Dr. Markowitz, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Dr. Markowitz is extremely knowledgeable, and his staff are equally impressive. Everyone in the office was professional, caring, and had a great sense of humor, which made the entire visit enjoyable. Despite it being entirely too long since my last dental visit, no one made me feel bad about it. Instead, they were understanding and supportive throughout my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Markowitz and his team if you're looking for a dentist who combines expertise with a warm, welcoming environment.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in quite some time. I spoke with Grace who delivered a level of customer service that is missing from far too many companies & organizations where customer / patient service should be a top priority. She exceeded all of my expectations & made me feel like a truly valued client. If this is the introduction to the practice I can only imagine how well the rest of the staff take care of all patients.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Roen and Anya for at least 20 years, and they continue to exceed my expectations at every visit. From the moment I walk in, the staff is welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable and valued. The office is always spotless and has a calming atmosphere that makes each visit pleasant. Anya, the hygienist, is fantastic—she’s very thorough, leaving my teeth feeling clean without any discomfort. Dr. Roen has always been incredibly professional, taking the time to explain every part of the exam and address any questions I have. He ensures I understand treatment options if needed. I highly recommend Dr. Roen and Anya. After two decades, it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! I’d follow them anywhere! :)

The best of the best. Yes. A little biased. But still the best. Love the office. The professionalism and how well the staff runs “on time”. Unusual for a Dr or Dentist office.
