L G5 StarI do not like going to the dentist and have a lot of dental anxiety. MDG and Dr Kemps understood this and worked to make me as comfortable as possible (getting to wear my AirPods was a huge plus). Both Dr Kemps and her technician were kind and explained everything that was going to happen as well as possible outcomes. I didn’t get the best outcome (hello, upcoming root canal!) but Dr Kemps made it a much easier and smoother experience than I have had in the past. She also spoke highly of the endodontist I was referred to. I hope Dr Kemps does my crown when it’s time for that.Tuesday 10th September 2024
Ann Gwynn1 StarUsed to go here for several years but recently decided to switch dentists. Any time I had questions or concerns I felt like I was bothering whoever I was speaking to whether it was a doctor or receptionist. Started to question some of the work being done and whether or not it was actually necessary. Often times checking out with the receptionist was rushed and unfriendly experience. When I switched dentists finally I had proof that I was being over charged for dental work. That was the last straw for me. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone. Another unfortunate thing when I left was I was never even asked for feedback.Tuesday 2nd July 2024
