Unprofessional. Wait is unbelievably long. Last time I was there, they failed to tell me that there were “issues” with my insurance and proceeded to render services. I had to pay out of pocket because they would not let me leave. I later contacted my insurance and turns out they never even contacted them on my behalf. Clearly it was easier to charge me cash. Unbelievable. I’m still waiting to get reimbursed because they have declined the claim filed by my insurance. Also, they will not schedule a cleaning because it’s free with most insurance and will tell you they’re overbooked. Rude front desk service. Imposible to ask questions. Worst dental experience in DC.

Great staff , friendly atmosphere take care of all your needs and if you need an emergency appt. You really get an emergency appt the same day or next day depending on you because they are always available. I personally feel they need a raise just dealing with ignorance of some of there patients.

Been coming to this dentist for many years and every experience has been great. Went in today for a cleaning with Dr. Henry. Service was quick, gentle and friendly. She worked thoroughly through my cleaning and let me know what to expect for my next visit.

definitely a bad service with very little professionalism, from the moment you call to make the appointment you notice the bad temper of the woman who attends you... and they make you wait a long time when you arrive at the appointment...

Appointment was at 1:30 called me at 12:50 to let me know their running behind and pushed it too 2:30 THEN still waited 30mins before just leaving. They really cater to Hispanics
