Ivory Dental Centre

I actually enjoy going to my dental appointments at Ivory Dental Centre. To me, excellent service is everything. From my first time visiting their convenient, state of the art, offices, I was immediately put at ease when I talked to the friendly staff. Dr. Ivory was so capable and professional. She did everything to make my total experience comfortable and pain free. I look forward to my next appointment.

Just went for an inlay procedure and everything went so smoothly! I get extremely nervous before dental procedures and hate anything with needles, but they took every precaution to ensure I wasn’t in pain or uncomfortable. Dr. Trehan was incredible at explaining every step of the procedure. Would highly recommend this dentist office!!

As a new patient, I was initially drawn to Ivory Dental due to its convenient downtown location. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. However, my scheduled dentist was unavailable, leading to an unexpected appointment with another provider. While the dentist was polite, the experience was marred by less-than-gentle X-ray procedures from the dental assistant. Unfortunately, this aligns with some negative reviews I discovered online regarding the dental assistants' approach. While I appreciate the clinic's modern aesthetic, the lack of sensitivity during routine procedures is a concern. Additionally, I felt a little pressure to undergo unnecessary treatments, such as gum irrigation, which I declined. While I had high hopes for a positive first impression, I believe that patient comfort and trust should be paramount. Given these factors, I will not be returning to Ivory Dental

Bad experience here. I’ve been going to the dentist every 6 months most of my life and this was by far the worst dental experience I’ve had. Went for a cleaning and dental hygienist was very rough and clearly inexperienced. No one ever communicated the what was happening. The hygienist polished my teeth before the dentist came in to clear plaque, which I’ve never seen done in this order (always clearing plaque before polishing.) The staff who called and met me at reception were unfriendly and somewhat rude. I apparently have cavities that need filled, but I’ll be getting a second opinion and getting any other work done by a dentist I trust. Also, did not get to see the dentist I selected on Zocdoc. Lastly, the pictures online make the office seem nice & modern, but it’s camera angles or old pictures. Floor boards are uneven, office is cramped, waiting chairs are plastic, I had to ask for water (was not offered), everything looks kinda dingy. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

What a great experience! Had my cleaning done by Tiffany which was amazing. I came back in today for a few fillings and Dr. Fatmi and the team took excellent care of me. It was quick, efficient, and most importantly pain free. It’s very clear that this dental office has the interests of their patients as their top priority. I can’t speak highly enough about the entire Ivory Dental team. Really enjoyed my visit and will certainly be coming back.

I’ve been going to this practice for a couple of years and there have been a lot of staff changes. But I’ll say that, today, Dr. Marshall cleaned my teeth and she’s honestly my favorite dentist I’ve ever had. She proactively shared so many good tips and was really reassuring. They also got me in & out for a cleaning in like 20 minutes. Great experience!
