and I am very satisfied. Not only she is very skilled and efficient she also has a wonderful and kind bedside manner. She cares about patients comfort during the procedures. Highly recommend to people, who like me, are very scared of visits to the dentist.Thursday 2nd November 2023
Suzanne Reichardt1 StarI went to this dentist two years ago. I thought it was odd there was nobody in the whole office. The dentist shared many people had left due to COVID. She was working the front desk, had no dental hygienist and did everything herself.
She was extremely pushy with the treatment plan, and made me pay for additional cleaning fees that insurance did not cover as part of her mandatory plan. I continued because I had already spent money getting x-rays etc.
Fast forward two years, I just had to have the four cavities she filled completely redone. My current dentist shared that she missed a ton of decay behind the fillings and that the fillings themself were poorly done.
I feel frustrated sticking with her cost me additional problems down the line. Would not recommend.Wednesday 18th October 2023

The Dentist and her staff were really nice. However, unfortunately the billing was an issue for them. They quoted me originally $400 for the procedures (basic fillings), which I was like fine, I can do that. Then after each procedure the cost changed, first $600 and then at the end of all the fillings I owed a total of $1000. I realize that dental insurance is a scam, however, for good customer service I wished they had done a better job at estimating the total cost. They know their costs as well as the type of insurance I had so they can figure this out better. Also, they always told me the cost difference after I completed the service, vs. before, so I did not have the option of not having the service done and to seek care elsewhere. If you do choose this dentist, realize that you should also do your own homework with your dental insurance because I wouldn't trust them to give you an accurate estimate.Thursday 10th January 2019

She is gentle, explains everything to you ahead of time, and professional about every aspect of her work. Her professionalism and gentle care have given me a new vision to dental as I am truly not a fan of dental offices and Infinite Smiles is truly one of the best I know. For any that read this you would be wise to visit as Dr. Haeri office as she is one of the best and her staff is second to known.
