I absolutely love this place! Every time I come in for a dental appointment, it is always a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I’ll first start with Ms. Liza, the Smile Specialist. Ms. Liza is kind, personable and transparent. I love how she is always willing to answer questions, assist you in booking appointments, calling you to share reminders, etc. When you have interactions like this, it just makes you feel good as a patient. I went in for a routine cleaning today (11-19-24) and I found myself laughing, sharing stories and restaurant recommendations and simply having a good time. The staff are like family and make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. I appreciate the diversity of the staff and the inclusive environment, where everyone is welcomed. I am grateful I found this location and happy with Dr. K. She is the best and makes you feel like “You matter!” I’ve never experienced anything like this from a dental provider. Thank you to the Elite Dental Team.

Great initial experience / appointment, only to be 100% AI / computerized for the follow-ups. You call, voicemail, ask them to call you back to schedule. They return your call? Nope, automated email 2 months later saying you scheduled your next appointment (you didn’t) and to call them if you didn’t (voicemail). Do they - or don’t they - want repeat business? I’ll never know cuz I’m not going back to a business that doesn’t have the time to (1) answer the phone or (2) call you…

Long time client of theirs (first, Dr Dudley, now Dr Kozakowski). Very well organized, professional, and a great blend of pragmatism and tough love. Their hygienists lend confidence with ease: they are thorough, patient and knowledgeable. They use the latest technology well and explain how their proactive approach and system benefit you. I’d highly recommend. If you’re paying in cash (like me), they are not the cheapest: $180ish-280ish for cleaning/typical visit; $900+ for my last “deep clean” with laser treatment. Good value, but good to know ahead of time.

Gentlest cleaning I've ever experienced! Lizzie and Dr. K. took their time to learn my dental history and make me feel incredibly comfortable with all aspects of my visit. So grateful to have found such a great practice here!
