Love this place! Nice and clean... The staff are very professional and are very helpfully with everything. I had a sensitive tooth that is all the way in the back next to my wisdom tooth. It was hurting really bad that I was not able to do my job. It had a hole that was getting bigger in time and no doctor wanted to touch until I remove my wisdom tooth that was impact. Until I saw Dr.Coleman-Bennett she was able to fix and save my tooth with out me getting my wisdom extraction. No problem even since with that tooth nor my wisdom tooth. Thanks to this office ! Thanks you so much

I am so disappointed by this dentist and office. I tried to use a person of color and it back fired. I scheduled my husband an appointment(previously ) she took him with delight and then sent him to an endodontist that was awful as well. The assistant and the doctor chatted and talked all through out the procedure. Now I scheduled a follow up appointment for my husband at 3 and a clean for me at 3:30. He told the doctor and receptionist I’d be a bit behind because I had the children. It’s covid. The receptionist said that was perfectly fine. Long story short I arrive at 4 ( per the discussion with the receptionist) wait for an hour, an hour! Mind you, a patient left approximately 30 minutes into this hour. The dental assistant strolls out and tells me they are ONLY going to take xrays today! They’re tired and aren’t willing to stay. Lady I’m tired. I have 3 children a husband and a mother to look after. I hurried here. I waited. It’s December 30.. .so I asked to speak to the doctor - the doctor did NOT come out of the office to discuss. Instead she sent a message through her receptionist. My husband was serviced an hour ago and you don’t have the courtesy to have a conversation with a paying client? So you want to do the comprehensive Xrays because you can bill my insurance but you don’t want to do the simple clean...waste of time. Waste of energy. Do not go here!! Look for another black owned dentist. It’s not worth the hassle. Oh and I requested the return of all of my paper work. The receptionist declined and said she couldn’t as it was a part of Hippa law — malarkey.

I did not like Dr. Bennett at all. I found her to be condescending, presumptuous, and defensive all guised in fake niceness. The only reason I've given this organization a 2 instead of a 1 is because Danita at the front desk is great and so was Dr. Myles who I will continue to see. Back to Dr. Bennett, the owner and lead dentist. I'm not sure why, but I was scheduled to see her after having my initial visit with Dr. Myles. I've had some chronic sensitivity on both sides of my mouth and after a careful look at my x-rays, Dr. Myles scheduled me to have 3 fillings redone, as a 1st step to addressing my issue. When I arrived at the next appointment, Dr. Bennett took over and overruled Dr. Myles' diagnosis, opting to only address 1 of the 3 sensitive areas. When she said that she saw no issue with the other teeth, I gently explained to her what Dr. Myles had seen and said, in addition to what I feel on a daily, to which she responded "well you're gonna have to come back and see him then." What!??? First, I felt like she should have done her homework, consulted with her partner or his notes, and then started work on my teeth. If she didn't see what he saw, she should have exhibited more grace and humility by simply reviewing my file and attempting proceed from where Dr. Myles left off. She didn't, and instead she wants to cop an attitude like she knows everything? Clearly not, because my teeth still hurt after she did whatever she did. Now, I have to spend another afternoon there, after having sub-par drilling done on my teeth, all just to start from scratch again with Dr. Myles. I will never allow Dr. Bennett near my teeth again. I don't even want to patronize her business any more, but I don't want to take my anger out on Dr. Myles who is very nice.

I personally dislike the dentist it's okay, it's like they don't really like put on anesthetics whenever they're drilling inside your teeth so, that's something ,and they say that actually one time I was there and they told me that I was old enough to not be able to be using anesthetic so I should handle the pain of a big girl nothing kinda set me off.

Difficult to get someone on the phone. Assuming business is slow and although hours are stated, the office is unofficially closed most days. #willlookelsewhere
