I've been to this office three times and each time the dentist has taken 30 to 40 minutes to see me. Not only that, but the dentist herself is not friendly she barely speaks. she's only in it for the money she could care less about you and your teeth. I won't be going back ever.

I initially visited this dental practice due to their website and sales pitch highlighting an all-female team (they have since updated their website). However, it didn't take long for me to notice significant issues with Dr. Gidey's service and the competency of the dental assistants. I observed shaky hands while Dr. Gidey worked on my teeth, and the dental assistants frequently mishandled equipment, causing discomfort and nearly triggering my gag reflex multiple times. It's important not to be misled by Dr. Gidey's outward meekness, as her primary focus seems to be on receiving payments rather than ensuring patient satisfaction or well-being, coupled with her rude behaviors. It's not uncommon for dental practices to have high turnover among dental assistants due to low wages, but Dr. Gidey changed them often and eventually hired a young man (possibly a family member or close acquaintance) who displays a complete lack of professionalism, rudeness, and seems ill-suited for his role at the front office. I continued going to this dental practice for about three years because I was unable to terminate the treatment plan we had started, but the entire experience was truly terrible. Considering the amount of money spent, how badly the end result tuned out, and the patience I invested, I deeply regret ever setting foot here.

Dr. Gidey has been my dentist for about 2 years for context in the rest of my review. I am a grown adult but have a small mouth and TMJ so I can't open my jaw as wide as most people and I give her 5 stars. She's great at her job, doesn't push unnecessary procedures on you, but listens when you tell her that something is wrong. She couldn't see anything wrong visually or on the xray but she believed me about the pain, switched out a filling, and the pain went away. It's refreshing that she took me seriously and found a solution rather than writing it off. She also came up with a solution on the fly to work with my Invisalign tray to make the new filling line up with the tray so my teeth wouldn't be out of alignment with my brand new retainer. The front office is great, too. I recently had an issue with insurance not receiving a claim and he sorted everything out with ease and adjusted my billing statement accordingly. One of the reviews mentions that the equipment in the office is old, and it is. If you walk into the office expecting brand new equipment, you'll be disappointed. But the equipment still works and why does it matter how old the chair is? To me, this says that Dr. Gidey cares more about providing quality and affordable dental care than she does about having brand new light fixtures.

I first went to Dr. Gidey afew years ago, I had previously been terrified of the dentist since I was 16. I told Dr. Gidey all my fears of the dentist and she sat and explained my entire procedure to me and assured I would be taken care of..I must say she checked to be sure I was ok during the entire procedure. It was a very comforting experience, here we are afew years later, I'm still with her as a patient. I also brought my parents on board as well, who are very pleased with the work she does as well.. by far the best dental office and dentist I've been to..❤❤
