Wasted my time. I am a new customer, and booked a consultation with them to go over some orthodontic options for me. I just wanted to talk about the best way forward and pricing for my teeth. I drove all the way there in New Years Eve day, just for them to tell me my appt is $200 for a consult - just to ask a few questions and go over pricing. Why not tell me that before I confirm my appointment? Here’s the kicker - they had just finished running a free consultation promotion… so I’m a new client standing in their lobby, ready to give them my business, and they ran a free consult last month, but they turn me away or want me to pay $200 for me to ask some questions. I’ll take my business elsewhere, but don’t waste my time and gas.

Dr. H has been super helpful in helping me save my smile and very open and honest about the process. What I have enjoyed most is that the office is very comfortable, clean and routinely available for appointments so it’s not hard to reschedule if needed. Dr. H is also very thorough and doesn’t mind explaining what is happening as well as what options I have each step of the way with my current situation which has involved extractions (completed elsewhere), and will eventually involve implants for restorations. Overall, it’s been great.

I had a lovely experience here! Everyone was very kind, relaxed, and attentive. I even got to watch the British Bake Off while my teeth were being cleaned. I booked an appointment on Friday and had an appointment by noon the following day - fabulous!
