There was no communication with me about whether my appointment would be kept during a snowy day. While I receive plenty of texts when I have an invoice and to prepare for an appointment, the day of the appointment no one answered the phone from 7:20am-9:15am (they open at 8am), and no texts were sent. The website was not updated about snow cancelations. I had to use my best judgement and no make the trip given no communication from the dental office.

Located in the heart of downtown DC, There is a positive vibe just walking into this office. Once in, the vibe continues in a very well appointed reception area. After being able to give my personal information via some type of iPad that was handed to me, I started thinking that I was getting special attention. At that point, the staff took over, directing me into an office with a dental chair. The staff could not have been more pleasant, making sure that I was comfortable and understood all that they were going to do. After the teeth cleaning (absolutely no pain), Dr. Chaudhary walks in and couldn’t have been more pleasant. The entire experience was painless and positive. What a great office staff!! So friendly. Dr. Chaudhary was so amazing. She was able to resolve my dental issue. Her assistant was very kind and comforting when I felt like my case was hopeless. I now can go on vacation without feeling self conscious. I can now take my family photos and eat with no problems. I will be mindful of her instructions. She gave me back my smile. If you are looking for an excellent dentistry office try this group. I think you will make them your dental provider. Thank you all

Excellent!!! The front desk were very helpful and personable. My dental tech was amazing!! She provided me a ton of useful information! She was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and my teeth feel so clean with minimal discomfort. The dentist was also great! This was honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had!
