To make a long story short, Dr. Kaur when out of her way to accommodate my challenging schedule and was able to have a removable "flip tooth" made that I could wear to fill in the gap after the extraction. Everything went according to plan and I now have my new permanent crown on my implant in less time than a staged implant and with no complications. I think I just found my new primary dentist! This dental office came across as a scam. I tried this office six months ago and was told I had several cavities that would take two different appointments to fix. For my entire adult life, I have had very few dental issues and have always regularly gone to dental appointments. After reading the reviews, I decided to seek a second opinion at a different office. The second office told me I had fantastic dental health and did not need any further dental work.

Very unprofessional, equipment is old and outdated, and the X-Ray machine hasn’t been serviced in years. Also God forbid your job sends you on a last minute business trip because they won’t work with you and then charge you $150 for not canceling on time. Absolute joke of a business, 10/10 would not recommend. Update/Response: what’s unprofessional is making false accusations on what I wrote, no where does it say that I’m not paying a bill and no where does it say it’s an insurance issue. My claim was based off an understanding with you that my job has me travel last minute and that I can’t always cancel in a timely manner and you said that it was alright and that if anything comes up to just let y’all know. What’s also very unprofessional is having your tech laugh as the X-Ray machine repeatedly hit me in the face or would completely fall out of alignment because the pistons on the arms are completely worn out and can’t even hold up its own weight. In regards to the servicing you may want to hide your out of date servicing sticker that’s on the X-Ray or at least have an updated one showing because it doesn’t instill a lot of confidence. If you can’t handle a negative comment and learn from it then my apologies but don’t call me unprofessional when your staff and the way things are run there couldn’t be farther from that. I don’t care what you do or where you went to school, if you can’t run your practice with professionalism and trust then how do you expect people to respect and trust what you say to them.

Hate to give a bad review - but I went here 6 months ago. Only have ever had 1 cavity in my life - I moved to the area and needed a new dentist. Was told I had several cavities, need to get 3 crowns, and then get Invisalign. I was quoted well over 10k worth of work on my first visit. Went to a nearby dentist for my next cleaning 6 months later, was told my teeth were in great shape and none of that work would be needed… the staff was very nice here but was alarmed why so much work was needed ….
