dated office, not the cleanest. Went in for a cleaning, the drilling device the dentist was using for plaque removal was too harsh on my sensitive teeth. I told her it was hurting me and I would like to use another method in fear of injuring or damaging my teeth because it was too painful. Instead, I was told there was no other way to clean my teeth and that I couldn't get my cleaning done. No brush, no floss, nothing. But all things considered I was happy to leave in fear of my teeth being ruined by a dentistry that is not up to par.

Dr Daniels is a rude inconsiderate Dentist. This place will not only have you waiting for over an hour but he had the nerve to yell at me about having my phone like I was a child! I do not recommend this dental office at all. The front staff is nice but that doesn’t suffice for the bad work and customer service. He takes forever just to mess your teeth up after having you waiting for hours. On top of the fact that the whole operation and communication of the entire office is unprofessional and needs to be updated everything is old down to appointment set up. It’s really terrible and I’ve tried to go back but it’s still the same the worst do not go to this man.

Beware if Dr. Daniels recommends a “3-layer bonding procedure.” He said it would reduce my sensitivity, but it increased my sensitivity 10-fold. I should’ve gotten a second opinion, but I was cheap. Now it hurts for me to eat and drink. I will follow the treatment of another dentist to try and fix Dr. Daniels’ mistake. However, if the treatment does not work then I think I will sue Dr. Daniels. I believe he is a bad dentist, and should not be doing anything more difficult than a simple teeth cleaning. To be honest, his teeth cleaning was the most painful and unpleasant cleaning I’d experienced.

I didn't even get the opportunity to step in this building because when I called to make an appointment, the first time they placed me on hold for ten minutes before I hung up. Then, I called back a little later and told the woman I was a new patient and would like to schedule- she told me she was on the phone with an insurance company and could she call me right back. She did not call back, so I called back about 15 minutes later and she said they were really busy right now, could she again put me on hold? I then hung up after another ten minutes on hold and contemplated walking the 100 ft to their door from my apartment but after reading reviews I wasn't sure if it would help the situation, at all. My suggestion for the receptionist is to not just place people on hold if you cannot attend to them, just be straight with them. Very frustrating experience.
