As a new patient, I truly appreciated how seamless the check-in process was, and how they immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Austin was exceptional throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to explain every step in detail, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable with the process. His gentle approach during my cleaning made it one of the most pleasant dental experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Austin was not only thorough but also genuinely attentive to my concerns, showing a true commitment to my overall oral health. Before the cleaning, Kiara performed a full set of x-rays, and she couldn’t have been more friendly or professional. Her welcoming demeanor set the tone for the appointment, and her expertise made the process smooth and stress-free. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which further reassured me that I was in good hands. I left feeling confident that I’ve found a dental practice where both my health and comfort are top priorities. I absolutely love it here! I’ve lived in Capitol Hill for six years and bounced around between dentists, but have been twice here and enjoyed each experience. Will definitely call this dentistry practice home from here on out. The front desk has been there for years and she is extremely efficient, talked extensively through my insurance information with me, and was very friendly and knowledgable at her job. I saw Dr. Harbison and he gave me the best cleaning, talked me through a ton of questions, fixed a small chip to look brand new, and I couldn’t trust anyone more with something as important as my smile and dental hygiene.

I found Dr. Jacques through my insurance provider search and struck gold! I've now attended three appointments, all of which have been a wonderful experience. Dr. Jacques perfectly balances attention for detail and efficient care, all while ensuring his patients are comfortable and informed throughout the procedure and beyond!
