Anisah M.1 StarI really like the dentist here, however the current woman at the front desk is not good at all. I used to come here years ago so I decided to come back and the lady that used to work at the front desk was amazing but she left.
This person now didn’t write my name down correctly to check if they take my insurance, texted me the wrong name and said I’m not on the policy. Then I called back, she got my name right and I asked her to check my insurance before I schedule and she said I’m sure we take this. I made an appointment and she texted me saying the office will actually be closed that day now. Why are you texting me that instead of calling? Then days later she called to reschedule. Now once I confirm she calls be back saying oh yea I know you just confirmed but we actually don’t take your insurance. Like you’ve gotta be kidding me. I found a babysitter for my children and everything and it’s such a waste of my time and energy. Even when I switch insurance I’m not coming back here, sorry.Thursday 16th May 2024
Serap YLDZ5 StarDr Ozturk is awesome, I haven't seen any dentist like him, so welcoming, so thoughtful, so kind, cheerful, professional.... I felt so right to be there, great experience! He saved my teeth with a root canal treatment today, did a perfect work. I don't have insurance but prices are really reasonable. I'll definitely go there again for whole my life! If you need to see a dentist, you should see him definitely!

He has a very warm demeanor, does amazing work, and I trust his dental decisions entirely. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, especially the dental hygienist, Liz. She is wonderful.
