Excellent dentist office annd all the works are friendly, attentive, they always give me goodie bags. the accounting team is super straightforward in communicating prices consulting with insurance. Scheduling is easy. And my dentis Dr Baker is amazing. Very happy with them

Been going here for years, practice changed ownership last year and has gone significantly downhill. Says one thing and does another. Won’t answer or return a call for an entire business day and then texts you 30 minutes before an opening the next day. Last minute changes, poor communication, terrible attitude, and been unable to successfully transfer my referral for ear nose and throat doctor for a year. Spoke to the manager and she pulled out the “you should have read the fine print from the terms and conditions page” which is a callous response not suitable for any medical setting.
