Roci Singh1 StarThe reason I give one star is because the only person is a professional is gentleman dentis, the woman dentist is busy all the time with the phone when she is cleaning your teeth and also she just brushes kid's teeth. We do the form for cleaning not for brushing teeth. I take my kids there and they did only brush teeth and I asked and they said is the only one they can do under a 14 year old. I don't want to go back also if you ask for a gentleman dentist they don’t want.Monday 23rd December 2024
Jhay .marii1 StarThey are horrible whenever they don’t want to answer your questions they leave you on hold for a long time hoping you will hang up & when you don’t hang up they hang up on you while on hold & wont answer your calls anymore. They discriminate against anyone who is not of Hispanic descent but are located in Washington DC where black and white people are spending their hard earned money.Monday 23rd December 2024
Lady Dame1 StarThe front desk is so rude. I was hung up on after asking if I can get my crown out on sooner since the temp was broken. They’ve apparently been understaffed for months having people wait weeks before being seen.Monday 14th October 2024
Karen Molina1 StarStay away from this place. Don't let them discriminate you.
I originally came in and inquired about a dental crown. They gave me an appointment and the female dentist confirmed that they could do the work but that I needed to wait until I was done with my first trimester which I totally understand. They even schedule my next appointment.
Well, I recently began feeling a small pain on another tooth so I called today and asked if I could be seen for that pain first and that my dental crown appointment be pushed back until January. The receptionist spoke to the dentist that saw me and she basically made up three different excuses as why they cannot see me.
The first excuse was that I had to wait until I was done with my pregnancy to get my crown work done - even though during the first appointment she CONFIRMED that they could do the work once I was on my 2nd trimester and my doctor even gave me the clearance for this. The second excuse I was given was that there are no records of any previous tooth aches / fillings that I needed so they could not see me and that they were short staff so they did not have any appointments. Lastly, I asked why I could not be seen if I already had an appointment scheduled and the receptionist said that the work could only begin after my pregnancy, there are no records of any tooth aches and therefore the follow up appointment was canceled.
Stay away from them. No wonder they have such low ratings already.Thursday 14th December 2023
Daniel Pendick5 StarA very good experience all around. Got an appointment after only a week wait time (I'm a new patient). The desk staff were very polite and efficient. I came for my appointment and didn't have to wait long (~15 minutes) to get taken back for my X-rays. The dentist was very careful in assessing my teeth, filled a cavity, cleaned my teeth, and explained clearly why I needed to have a crown on one of my old teeth with many past fillings. In and out for all this in less than 2 hours.Thursday 4th May 2023
